Advanced Study Group

This Study Group will cover some basic anatomy of the Central Nervous System and simple, but subtle techniques to support balance and integration in the brain and the CNS. The content of the Study Groups compliment each other but each can stand alone as well. This is new material I learned from Ursula Hofer. I have been exploring and practicing it for the last three years. I am excited to share and explore with you! Prerequisite Phase 5 and 6 or permission from the Instructor.
